Jaxx Gourmet Burgers in Paris

I usually like this place but....this time service was absolutely terrible. We had a large group so some allowance for that. Server could not get orders right for any one. When food arrived it was a mystery since the server could not figure out who had what. I ordered a burger no frills. Got a cheeseburger, sent it back. Got a cold hamburger patty on a dry bun. Ok I'm dealing with it then bill is wrong spent 20 minutes trying to communicate finally gave up and paid for what I did not get.

What an awesome place! Over the top drink menu, the best service (ask for Tara!!) and a menu that is a pleasure just to read. My only regret is that I didn't come here sooner. Have a Payday shot or a Carmel Apple drink, you won't regret it.

Great place for a quick lunch or dinner. Chicken Fried Chicken is good.

We had a great visit. First time there. I had the Reuben which was great and ill attach pics of what the other parties in my family had. We were all pleased. Had a great waitress and the building was awesome! I recommend this establishment. Next time I will probably just try a good ole fashioned hamburger... Great visit!

2 grilled cheese 2 meat bacon and more cheese lady said she never seen anyone eat the hole thing challenge accepted I ate it all and didn't eat my onion rings but it was good and friendly ppl

Thoroughly enjoyed the patty melt and fries. The waitress was all smiles and very friendly. She even made my friends special drink (with root beer and sweet tea) called a twisted root.

I want to first state. I am in no way an iron chef or a renowned restaurateur.I wanted to give this review a full 5 stars like I had heard from other patrons that have previously visited. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't as expected. The staff and service were awesome; very helpful, friendly and prompt.I ordered the Extreme BLT. 2 words. No flavor.Each layer of the burger, you tasted exactly what you ate as you would, if dissecting each piece and consuming individually; no seasoning.The patty itself was nominal size, bun was quite thin surprisingly. Everything else seemed to be just "thrown in there"I'm not sure how to describe the food.It just lacked flavor, no profile. I expected more.Maybe I will try another burger and try my luck

We stopped here for lunch while passing through town. I had a basic burger that was good. The beer selection was outstanding. I bet the locals love it.

Very cool restaurant. Best Buffalo chicken sandwich I've ever had. It's one huge freshly fried piece of chicken. No frozen chicken strips here. Beers are a pretty good price too. I really like this place.

The Ruben - the only thing that would make this a perfect Ruben would be to use rye bread instead of focaccia! Deep Ellum Local Legend finishes this meal nicely.Great mix of sandwiches with plenty of options to suit your taste, completed by a full bar, milkshakes, soda or tea. Highly recommended, especially if you're in the mood for a hamburger or hot dog!

I ordered the special: bacon steak burger with more bacon, avocado, pepper jack cheese on a pretzel bun with red pepper garlic sauce. Y'all, this is the BEST burger I've had in a long time. I can't get enough.

Food was wonderful! The staff were very friendly and attentive. I took one star for prices. They weren’t crazy expensive but more than what I would usually pay for a burger.

What a lovely town! The only open place we found on Saturday was here! Staff were really nice and freindly and burgers were SO YUMMY! I highly recommend them! :)

The best gourmet burger place in town! If you're looking for a large tasty burger, this is the place to go. If you want to go all out, try the Chad Burger. It has two burgers, pulled pork, ham, bacon and egg. (Maybe more) definitely enough meat if you're really hungry. Not so hungry and still want to try it? Split it with a friend. There's plenty for two.Lots of other gourmet selections as well as some simpler, cheaper ones that I'm sure are tasty enough to put a smile on your face.

We have ate there for years, the drinks are great and the burgers are awesome.

Best place in town for beer and burgers. The staff is fantastic, as is the food. We moved away for a bit, to a bigger city with more options in fact, and often found ourselves missing Jaxx. In an interesting twist, this place also has fantastic chicken fried steak and salads.

I stopped in unexpectedly with a large group on a rainy day and the staff made room for us even though they already had two groups there. Service was fast for a sit-down restaurant and staff was friendly. It was very good food and prices were reasonable. I will return with my family next time I am in Paris.

8 at Jaxx Gourmet Burgers. Asked the waitress what she ate here. She replied "Wild Island Burger." I tried it. Really thick, juicy burger patty, a slice of ham/ Canadian bacon, & 2 slices of pineapple on a focaccia bread bun. Instead of lettuce I got spinach, and it was so good. The fries were thick & well-cooked but not Ultra crispy. To top it off I tried their bar, one of their on-tap beers. They have quite a few choices, on-tap and in the cooler.If you want a place w/ fantastic burgers, extraordinary wait staff, & something maybe out of the ordinary to drink, & good wifi, try Jaxx Gourmet Burgers.I will be back.

Ordered a Tucsan Salad and people that came in quite a while after me received order with salad and entree When I asked about my food they brought it right out saying salads take a little longer. Chips in salad were so stale inedible.

Food is excellent. Choice of dishes huge, & portions king size. Great family place
